Dualee’s new journey is part of a long history built on the excellence of Elsel and Elettronica Melara, marked by significant milestones and collaborations with major industrial groups that have provided decisive momentum for the growth and consolidation of the new company, which today is ready to meet the challenges of the future.
In 1971, Lunilettronik Cooperativa was established to carry out the design, engineering, production, testing and logistical support of products and services intended for both military and civilian applications.
Founded in 1978, Celin was established to carry out the study, design, construction and production of high-tech electronic and electromechanical equipment for civilian and military applications, both nationally and internationally.
Elsel was founded in 1985 as a small service company. Over time, it began designing and manufacturing electronic units for the military and industrial sectors.
Elettronica Melara is a consortium company established in 1999, bringing together the resources and thirty years of experience of Lunilettronik, Celin and Elsel.
Dualee was created through the merger of Elsel and Elettronica Melara to strengthen its technological and manufacturing presence in the region, with an international vision and the determination to build a solid and sustainable future.

The creation of Dualee marks a new phase in the development and future prospects of two long-established, high-profile companies in La Spezia’s technology sector. In an economic and geopolitical context in which defence and security technologies are playing an increasingly strategic role, this new group identity defines a more integrated and efficient industrial system, capable of meeting the challenges of an increasingly competitive global market and of contributing, through innovative solutions and outstanding expertise, to the strengthening of the national system and to Italy’s technological competitiveness worldwide.
